Roser holds an MBA from IESE and is an Aeronautical Engineer by training. She has built her career at the intersection of strategy, industry, and economic transformation, with extensive experience across Saudi Arabia’s defense, energy, and development sectors. Her leadership spans business development, economic development, and giga-projects including NEOM and Diriyah, where she has been closely involved in advancing the Kingdom’s most ambitious initiatives. With a strong background in executive consulting and management advisory, Roser brings both global perspective and deep local expertise, positioning her to drive sustained growth and long-term value creation.
Daniel Sanchez Villena - Managing Director
Strategic business leader with over 20 years of cross-sector experience across the Middle East, Europe, and LATAM, specializing in building partnerships and maximizing sponsorship opportunities through both private and public investment.
With a career that spans government institutions and entrepreneurial ventures, and enriched by living experiences in diverse global regions, Sánchez brings a unique hybrid profile that bridges the public and private sectors. Majed Alakeel - Founder
With over 25 years of experience leading strategic projects across the Middle East, our Founder brings deep expertise in the Saudi market and strong international corporate insight. He previously served as Business Development Director at PalmSpring (Saudi Arabia), driving regional growth and building key partnerships in high-impact sectors. Earlier in his career, he worked at ABB, a global technology leader, where he was responsible for institutional relations with governmental and semi-governmental entities, engaging in major initiatives with strategic players such as NEOM and the Public Investment Fund (PIF).
